Self Embodiment Sessions offer transformative trauma healing in 80-minute sessions facilitated through Zoom or other online platforms.
Before delving into the therapeutic work, the participant is encouraged to clarify their intention for the session. They are prompted to consider their desired outcomes and goals for the work, explore aspects they wish to examine more closely, and identify the next steps in their self-development journey.
Once the intention is clear, the participant records it in a personal notebook and selects three significant words that they want to explore during the self encounter process. During the session, the participant resonates with these three words, connecting with the corresponding parts of their intention. This resonance occurs initially in a nonverbal manner and gradually transitions into a dialogue with each part, inquiring about their unique experiences and perspectives.
As the session progresses, the underlying issues within the participant's traumabiography gradually surface, paving the way for a healing process. The therapeutic journey taps into the individual's internal resources, intuition, body wisdom, and emotional intelligence to initiate healing, transformation, and integration of positive change. Through this profound work, a sustainable change process unfolds within the client's psyche and body, fostering deep and lasting healing and growth.
