Warm welcome to a space dedicated to integrating your shadow, reclaiming your self and finding wholeness. As a Psychotrauma Facilitator based in London, I guide my clients through the transformative journey of holistic trauma healing.

I am a dedicated Facilitator, Guide and Coach with 15 years of experience, my practice offers a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment where you can begin your journey to recovery. Specializing in Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Theory and Therapy, among other modalities I’m committed to supporting you through every step of your healing process.

My work is trauma-informed and body-oriented, grounded in Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Theory and Therapy (IoPT), with a focus on understanding how trauma shapes identity, symptoms, and inner experience.


Many people come to this work after years of therapy, self-help, or personal development, yet still feel stuck, conflicted, or disconnected from themselves.


Rather than trying to fix or override symptoms, we explore them with curiosity and respect, recognizing them as meaningful expressions of lived experience. 


We look at how trauma has influenced your sense of self, your inner world, and the patterns you carry into your relationships, work, and daily life.


This work is paced slowly and carefully, allowing insight, understanding, and integration to emerge without pressure.
